The PMCA Research committee is working to enhance the Research program and would like your feedback to determine what is important to you as a member of the association. Currently, the main focus of the Research program is to fund projects at universities with top food science programs. The committee strives to choose projects most applicable to the membership. Periodically results of a project are presented during the annual Production Conference. Otherwise, completed research is available from the PMCA office at no charge for members.
