Purees, juices, dried fruit, chocolate-covered fruit – the possibilities are endless, and so are the considerations, such as fiber levels, added sugars, sugar profiles and water activity. This interactive exhibit will feature tasting samples of fruit in different forms and applications, educational videos, handouts and posters.
