Meet the Presenter Social Media Videos Due

Let’s get the word out about your presentation! To engage our followers (and encourage them to register if they haven’t already), we will be posting short videos introducing presenters and their topics. PMCA staff will email you details and you can choose to participate if you wish.
Final/Revised Materials Due: Written Paper & Presentation Slides

In addition to your final slides, please submit any videos, audio clips, additional media, handouts, etc. you will use in your presentation. Please send the actual files instead of links, as we cannot rely on streaming during your presentation.
Beyond the Basics Rehearsal

Speakers presenting in the Monday morning Beyond the Basics program should report to the ballroom the day before to set up and run their presentations and demos. Time is TBD.
