October 15, 2026 – Detailed Presentation Outline
Please submit your presentation plan. Our review team will provide feedback, which PMCA staff will compile and send to you and your liaison.
December 1, 2026 – Photo, Bio & Topic Summary Due
Please submit a high-resolution photo of yourself, a brief bio and a topic summary. There is no word count requirement for the summary — just try to pique interest in your presentation! For examples, visit pmca.com/production-conference/2026speakers.
January 15, 2027 – First Draft Slides Due
Our review team will provide feedback on your presentation, which PMCA staff will compile and send to you and your liaison. You will also be provided with a due date for your next draft.
February 15, 2027 – Meet the Presenter Social Media Video Due
Let’s get the word out about your presentation! To engage our followers (and encourage them to register if they haven’t already), we will be posting short videos introducing presenters and their topics. PMCA staff will email you details and you can choose to participate if you wish. Example 1 / Example 2 / Example 3
March 30, 2027 – Final Presentation Materials Due
In addition to your final slides, please submit any videos, audio clips, additional media, handouts, etc. you will use in your presentation. Please send the actual files for videos instead of links, as we cannot rely on streaming during your presentation.
April 12, 2027 – Tech Tuesday Rehearsal
Speakers presenting in the Tuesday morning Tech Tuesday program should report to Commonwealth Ballroom Monday afternoon to set up and run their presentations and demos. Exact time to be confirmed.
April 13, 2027 – Production Conference Begins
The 80th Annual Production Conference begins!
