The exhibit hall will be fully carpeted, including your booth space so please DO NOT order carpeting.
Delivery of Exhibit Materials
If you wish to ship materials prior to the conference, you should utilize the drayage services provided by the Lancaster County Convention Center. Please follow the instructions on the forms provided. Be sure that your company’s name, not a person’s name appears on the materials, and that the label says: For PMCA April 12th, and your booth number.
The exhibit booths in the Freedom Hall will be available for setup on Sunday, April 11th from 1:00pm – 5:00pm and after 7:00am on Monday, April 12th. Please check in at the PMCA Registration area first for your identification badge and booth assignment information. The Registration area will open at 1:00pm on Sunday. Security guards will NOT admit you to the Exhibit Room without a registration badge. Large displays should be placed at the back of the booth to avoid blocking the visibility of neighboring booths. Please do not bring anything that makes loud noises (louder than a hair dryer) or anything with flashing lights.
Someone from your company must be present in the booth no later than 12:15pm on the day of the exhibit.
Each booth comes with one complimentary Full Conference registration and an unlimited number of hall passes to share with customers and colleagues. A substitute can be named at anytime.
The official closing time of the exhibits will be 5:00pm. We ask that all companies have their booths dismantled no later than 10:00pm on Monday, April 12th. If you are utilizing the drayage service provided by the Lancaster County Convention Center, they will make your return shipment arrangement. Information on this service is included in the order packet provided to you by the Convention Center.
Arrangements have been made to provide security on Sunday from 1:00pm – 5:00pm, and on Monday from 7:00am – 5:00pm. However, as in the past, although every precaution will be taken to safeguard your materials and equipment, neither the Lancaster County Convention Center nor PMCA can assume responsibility or liability for such items. Security will be instructed that after 1:00pm on Sunday, April 11th, no one will be admitted to the exhibit hall without a conference registration badge.
If for any reason you need to cancel your booth registration you may do so up until February 15, 2021. There is a $50.00 cancellation fee and after February 15th no refunds will be granted and you cannot convert your fee to a following year.
